LYONS GEORGIA (May 12,2003) Arlene Pittman has lived her life in the fast lane. Sometimes it wasn't fast enough for the checker and more often than not, there were some bumps in the asphalt. But make no mistake Arlene's Pittman's life has been dedicated to racing. A lifestyle that has enabled her to do great things for people, especially the children she routinely visited while on tour with the NASCAR Goody's Dash Series in which she finished 15th out of 68 drivers, during her rookie year.

Pittman has been racing for 19 years and won a championship title at the fastest dirt track in Georgia. Since her disappointing finish at Daytona in February, Pittman switched her focus to the first ever Goody's Dash on Dirt Event. She found her self with out a ride until Kentucky where she will be teaming up with TJ Majors. She is also working on a new business venture in the Auto Parts Industry. But her heart still beats to the sound of the engines roaring.
