Can you talk about how you won this race?

"It's pretty awesome to be here.  First I have to say sorry to Joey (Logano) on pit road there.  I hate it that we made contact.  I
hurt his car with the right front fender and everything.  We restarted 10th there and I said, 'Here we go, going for broke.'  We
drove up through there and got back to the front.  What an awesome race car -- this Combos Camry was just phenomenal.  I can't
thank the guys enough.  Jason (Ratcliff, crew chief) and all these guys worked their butts out today and we got a pretty fast piece
so I'm happy that we finally found out something that works here at Phoenix.  Thanks to Z-Line, NOS Energy Drinks, Marquis
Jets, Gillette and everyone that makes this possible for us.  I want to especially say hey to the kids up in the grandstands from the
Sunshine Acres Home, they're part of my foundation so it's real cool to have them.  It's awesome to be in victory lane."

What happened after your penalty pass through pit lane?

"That was a fiasco there at the end if you ask me. I don't know what happened. We made it. You know there was a lot going on there at the end. We came down pit road and I hate it for Joey (Logano). They probably should have won the race. We had the car that probably deserving of it. We were fast, we had a good car, we just had to make sure we didn't make any mistakes and there was plenty made tonight. Plenty by me, plenty by NASCAR. It's just a hard fought battler there. I don't know what all transpired but we made it through and made it to victory lane."

Did you think your race was over after your black flag and transmission concerns?

"I knew if we could get a caution that we might have something that we could go after him with.  I didn't know how far we
could come back up.  I figured maybe we could get to fifth, maybe fourth but that was about it.  A great effort by the team and
the guys.  Jason (Ratcliff, crew chief)awesome race calls there to get the car a little bit better.  It all started back in practice.  We
made a lot of big changes to it and it seemed to pay off.  We were pretty good."

What were your transmission issues?

"I didn't lose first (gear), I lost reverse.  When I was in the (pit) stall, I slid through too far after I had contact from Joey
(Logano) and I put it in reverse to backup and spun the gear out.  As far as the excitement there at the end of the race, what a
show, it really was.  What I can remember was I think Denny (Hamlin) here last fall or something like that had to come from
behind.  He came off of turn four and got side-by-side with Carl (Edwards) or someone for the win and just missed out by about
a fender.  He came from far back, too and had an exciting race from what I remember.  As far as me winning something like that,
it's been a long time if I can ever remember anything like that.  Really, really cool to do.  It was neat the way the outside lane
opened up.  Everybody was two-wide on the bottom and the middle and there was still another lane up there so I just took the
outside and said here we come.  The car stuck and drove up through there and got by all those guys."

What happened on that restart that resulted in your black flag?

"Brad Keselowski went where I had been going the whole night, which was at the first restart line and I didn't go. I just kept my pace, I stayed at the same pace and waited until the second one to go and went at the second. He was already gone because he went at the first one and two car lengths ahead of me. There was a stack up behind me and a wreck, I never changed pace, I kept same pace -- go get video from ESPN, I gauruntee it 100 percent. Everybody stacked up behind us and they threw the caution and they said Keselowski was the leader. I thought it was the wrong call because he jumped the restart and the No. two starter is not supposed to beat the No. one starter to the line, which is stated in every single drivers meeting, and in that restart it happened. They gave him the spot. So, on the next restart, I did the same thing he did and get posted for it. It seems like there's a little discrepancy there and we'll go and see if we can't get it sorted out before the race goes tomorrow. This is an issue."

What was your perspective of the race?

"I still can't really believe we're here. It was interesting. We struggled a little bit at this track last year. We came back with a different setup and went through a lot of changes today in practice and were fortunate to put something together. It was good tonight. It looked like it was between us, the 22 (Brad Keselowski), the 20 (Joey Logano) most of the night and we were able to maintain our track position. We had a good night on pit road. Then, there about 70 to go or whatever, everything kind of went upside down and we lost our track position. To come back up through there and come back and win the race, it's exciting, probably more exciting than it would have been if we would have just led the rest of the laps."
