LEFFLER ON PHOENIX INTERNATIONAL RACEWAY
"If I had to pick one race track as my favorite, it would be Phoenix. I spent a lot of time out there as a kid and ran the Copper Classic for a number of years. It's a slick, old race track and unique in that both ends are so different and the surface is so worn out. You slide around a lot but, I like that kind of racing. The Great Clips team is riding a strong wave of momentum, with back-to-back third place finishes, and that is always an advantage. We ran second here in the spring which adds to our confidence going into this race. It's time to get the Great Clips Camry back to victory lane, and I can't think of a better place to do it than Phoenix."
