Chase Miller to Pilot No. 9 Verizon Wireless/Motorola Dodge Charger at Memphis

STATESVILLE, N.C. -- Chase Miller makes his 12th NASCAR Nationwide Series start of the 2008 season and 18th of his career on Saturday at Memphis Motorsports Park in Memphis, Tenn.

Miller is in his second season as a driver for Gillett Evernham Motorsports. The 21-year old Canton, Ga. native made his final start of the 2007 season at Memphis where he started 38th and finished 24.

Miller will finish out his remaining two races of the 2008 campaign at Texas Motor Speedway next week and at Homestead-Miami Speedway on Nov. 15.

On Racing at Memphis: "We raced our final race of last season at Memphis and turned in a solid showing. We started towards the back of the field and were able to pick up 14 positions and finish on the lead lap. This will be my second visit to Memphis and we are hoping that the experience we took away from last season will translate into a successful race this weekend."

On The Remainder of the Season: "The crew of the No. 9 Verizon Wireless/Motorola Dodge is working hard each week to give us the best chance to win a race. We have come a long way as a group over the last two seasons. We have had a good season and we want to end it on a high note over the next three races."

Chassis Info: The No. 9 Verizon Wireless Dodge team will use chassis B29 this weekend at Memphis. B29 is a brand new chassis that will be making its first start.
