Finishing Position: 1st
Can you talk about your win tonight?
"This is so cool for the whole GameStop Toyota team. They did a great job and gave me an awesome car at a place that kind of suits me. I could get both of them done. This is cool, two for two at Kentucky -- two poles and two wins. That's the perfect record here and hopefully we'll keep that going."
How was your car tonight?
"We changed it around. Sometimes you're really loose and it just kind of depends on what set of tires you put on it. I think we had one bad set of tires which kind of killed us the first pit stop. I think after that we just kind of saw what we had and got caught speeding on pit road. It was my fault, but to overcome that is huge. This is just awesome. I really wanted this one."
How were you able to overcome Kyle Busch on that restart?
"I'm always hungry, I always want that win. I was sitting there during that red flag and I tried the restart before that I tried running top-side to get momentum. It didn't work and I killed myself. If I was there I could wait on him to make a mistake. Once I got there he just came up the back a little bit and I got a big run and got underneath him. I just had a great car and it was able to drive away. Once I got that clean air I knew I was going to be good. I said during the red flag, 'you know if we get clean air we're going to win this thing no problem.' It makes it more fun this way to come down to the wire like that with 10 laps to go, it makes it fun."
How does it feel to be the first driver to win two races at Kentucky?
"It's great, it's really cool. This is a place that I know what I want. When I go around here I know where I need to be. To win two-for-two here, that's really cool for me and the whole team. I guess that's the first time anyone has done that here so it's pretty neat. We have two poles and two wins -- it's a perfect record here."
What does it mean to have a one-two finish for Joe Gibbs Racing?
"It's cool to get a one-two finish at Joe Gibbs Racing and it's always cool for us to be number one. It's neat. You're sitting there in the red flag and you're thinking about it and wondering what can I do to beat Kyle Busch -- one of the best in NASCAR. You think about it and the opportunity was just right. I knew I had to have a run and I had to have him slip up a little bit for me to get there. It worked out perfect. I had the run and he slipped up a little bit and I was able to get right there to his left rear and inside draft him to get a big enough run to have the main line going into (turn) three there."

What does it feel like to be back in victory lane?
"It was a great run for the GameStop Toyota by the entire team. First, big thanks to my driver (Joey Logano). Yesterday was optional, he could have stayed up in Michigan and made his life easier. Instead he chose to come down here and worked on our race car and dialed in and did a great job. I have a great staff that works around me and supports me. We just took all the notes and went back to where we were the best in practice. My car chief did a great job of getting the car right back to that point and then we made a few small changes today before the race. During the race my tire guy pointed some things out with our tires. We didn't realize we had some codes swapped around. The biggest adjustment we made tonight was we swapped our right front and our right rear tire to try to get a little more grip on the right rear. It was a good day for us, a fun race."
