Finishing Position: 3rd

How was your race car tonight?

"The GameStop Toyota went through a lot today. We had a hole punched in the nose about halfway through the race and we had to fix that. It never was the same after that. Just kept working on it and working on it and the last pit stop we got it fairly close. Obviously, not good enough to win. Probably one more pit stop would have been a lot better. The guys did a great job today overcoming all that stuff and doing a great job."

How do you feel after tonight' third-place finish?

"I needed a good, solid finish and something. This is what we needed. I had a lot of fun out there. I tried to get (Kevin) Harvick there at the end -- and you get a run and then you get beat on the bottom as you run down the straightaway. Your run gets a little too late at the time."

How did you and your team manage to overcome so much tonight?

"They did awesome. We didn't even know it happened really. Just overcame it really. We came in and made our pit stop and said; 'Oh, we have a hole in the nose.' We had to come back in and fix it and all that stuff. It's just from a piece of debris, sometimes it happens like that. To overcome that was big. Definitely what we needed. With Dave (Rogers, crew chief) coming back and having a solid run with him back is just what the doctor ordered. I have to congratulate the 18 guys. This is just what we needed."

What do you think of Kyle Busch winning two races in one day?

"That's really hard. I congratulate him for that. That doesn't happen very often. So, that is pretty cool for him."
