JASON KELLER ON DOVER
"I'm really excited to get to Dover this weekend. It's really an exciting track and one that I typically run well at. I had probably my most memorable win at Dover in 2000. Mark Martin was so strong that day, as he always seems to be at Dover, and we were just a little bit stronger and passed him for the win. The paint scheme on the car this week is really cool and I'm looking forward to representing A&P and the MDA well this week and putting the No. 27 Ford Fusion at the front of the pack."
TODD GORDON ON DOVER
"Dover is an exciting track that is very similar to Bristol. It has high-banked turns and abrupt transitions. Being 200 miles and 200 laps it is a very quick race where qualifying and track position are very important. We are bringing the same car that we were very fast in practice and qualified third with at Bristol so we have a good package."
A&P MDA PAINT SCHEME FOR DOVER
The paint scheme will help Kimberly Clark's Montvale, N.J. based retail partner, The Great Atlantic and Pacific Tea Co. (A&P), celebrate its 150th anniversary and support the grocer's more than 20-year partnership with the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA).The hood of the race car will don the A&P anniversary logo with the tag line "A partnership built to last." Special drawings created by more than a dozen children from the MDA also will be incorporated into the design of the car. As part of the celebration, fans can visit auctions.NASCAR.com to bid on an authentic firesuit worn by Keller during this weekend's race. All of the proceeds will be donated to the MDA.
