Scott talks Chicago
"Chicago is a really fun race track for me. I've only been there once in the Camping World Truck Series, but I really enjoyed it. Chicago is a really fast mile-and-a-half race track with old asphalt, so it's very hard to find the right balance of speed and grip there. I'm really looking forward to getting back to this kind of track. We have some good runs with our mile-and-a-half program so I'm anxious to rekindle the flame. Since Braun Racing marketing partner Dollar General is the title sponsor of the race it would be neat to keep trophy in the family."
Scott on recent finishes
"It's certainly been disappointing in terms of performance results, but I really feel like we've' learned a lot. You really have to focus on the positives. We haven't been tearing any equipment up and we haven't been wrecking anything. We have just not had the speed in the car we wanted. For some reason, we're just missing the setups a little and hopefully we have corrected that. You just have to keep working on things race by race and focusing on the things the team and I are learning."
Scott on AccuDoc Solutions
"Having AccuDoc Solutions back on the car is great. AccuDoc has done a lot for the No. 11 team. The way they have come into the sport and gotten involved has been a great experience. I'm very proud to represent AccuDoc Solutions and I look forward to getting to Chicago with them. We have had a lot of good runs with AccuDoc on the hood, so hopefully we can jumpstart a couple of good finishes."
The No. 11 AccuDoc Solutions team is bringing chassis No. BR50 for this weekend's Dollar General 300. BR50 was last seen at Kentucky where it was caught up in a lap one accident.
