RYAN TRUEX, No. 99 Out! Pet Care Toyota Camry, Diamond-Waltrip Racing
Are you excited to get back in the Nationwide Series car at Charlotte? "I'm really excited. It's the new car and we've ran well with that so far. I think Charlotte will be more my kind of race track. It's fast, high-banked and it looks like a lot of fun. I've never run there, but I'm looking forward to it. It's going to be good to work with Jerry (Baxter, crew chief) again. I feel like we learned a little bit about each other and made some steps at Kansas. Just have to go out there and get a feel for each other and getting a feel for the race cars."
KYLE BUSCH, No. 18 Z-Line Designs Toyota Camry, Joe Gibbs Racing
Do you think you can sweep the Charlotte NNS races this year? "I love going to Charlotte. It's one of my favorite places and it's always going to be fun to go there. I look forward to Charlotte any time. We're trying to concentrate on the Cup stuff, but also to try to win with the new Nationwide Series car in our last efforts this year to get JGR (Joe Gibbs Racing) up there."
REED SORENSON, No. 32 Dollar General Toyota Camry, Braun Racing
How important is it to be successful at Charlotte? "With Charlotte Motor Speedway being a 'home track' for most NASCAR teams, there are always a lot of friends and family at the track, which makes a win here that much more fun. The Braun Racing teams have a great track record here with two wins and a pole position in recent years. This Dollar General team has had a solid season. We have learned a lot so far with these new cars and I think that we'll unload strong. This weekend I will proudly drive my pink Dollar General Toyota and wear my pink fire suit to honor every person who has been affected by this disease. They are true warriors in the fight against breast cancer."
JAMES BUESCHER, No. 10 AccuDoc Solutions Toyota Camry, Braun Racing
Where does Charlotte rank on a list of your favorite tracks? "Charlotte is one of my favorite race tracks. The track is super fast. We will be qualifying in the afternoon when the track surface is hot and greasy. Then we will be racing at night where the grip levels rise. This will be my first race in the Nationwide Series' new car, so it's going to be interesting to get a feeling on how they drive and what type of input they need from me as a driver. I'm going to have to rely on my teammates for some help but I'm sure between Jason (Leffler), Reed (Sorenson) and David (Reutimann), they can help get me up to speed pretty quickly."
