Michael Waltrip crunched the No. 99 Chevrolet during Busch series practice, and will have to start from the rear of Saturday's field in a back-up car.

Waltrip clipped pole sitter Martin Truex, Jr., causing right front damage to the No. 81 Chance2 Chevy.

Team DEI scrambled to Truex's aid, and determined that the damage was cosmetic and had not affected the suspension or chassis.

Slugger Labbe and Richie Gilmore were overseeing repairs to Truex's machine. Between five and seven fabricators are being flown in from the shop in Mooresville, NC to ensure that the pole sitting No. 81 Chevrolet will start from the front of the field.
