QUICK QUOTES AND NOTES
Crew chief Ricky Viers on strategy for Richmond - "We are going to have the same strategy that we have every weekend, and that is to win. If we can't pull off a win we just want to be in the position to finish in the top- five. I feel that if we put a great car together for Kevin he can take care of the rest."
Kevin Harvick on strategy for Richmond - "Our strategy is to win. If we can't win we want to finish in the top-five to help get us closer to Carl Edwards for the point's championship."
On Richmond - "It's what some call the "perfect short track." It's a flat, three-quarter mile race track that's a lot of fun to race, and plenty of banging around with the other drivers."
