"HAPPY" RETURNS -- Kevin Harvick returns to the REESE'S Chevrolet after a one-week hiatus. Short tracks are Harvick's favorite, making the .75-mile Richmond International Raceway the perfect setting for Harvick to claim his second victory of the season in the No. 21 and third overall.

SHORT-TRACKING IT -- Kevin Harvick compares favorably to Mark Martin when it comes to short-track success. When you look at his stats compared to Martin's from tracks that are less than one mile in NASCAR Busch Series events you can see why. Martin has 64 starts, 9 wins (14%), 24 top-five finishes (38%), 42 top-10 finishes (66%) and 7 (11%) poles. In just 28 starts, Harvick has seven wins (25%), 18 top-five finishes (64%) and 22 top-10 (79%) finishes. He has claimed two poles (7%) and led 1,127 laps. Harvick's average starting spot is 9.2 at tracks less than one mile. He also has an average finish of 7.5, which is second to Ryan Newman among active drivers in NASCAR Busch Series races.

HARVICK MARCHES ON -- Of the 15 Busch Series events Harvick has competed in this season, he has two wins, nine top-five finishes and six top-10 finishes. He finished 12th at Richmond International Raceway in the spring.

BUSY AS A BEE -- Harvick will compete in all three races at Richmond International Raceway this weekend. On Thursday, he will compete in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series Race. Harvick will drive the No. 47 truck with epic rock band KISS on the hood and quarter panels. On Friday, "Happy" will drive the REESE'S Chevy in the Emerson Radio 250 and qualify the No. 29 car for the Nextel Cup race. To round out Harvick's busy weekend, he will drive the No. 29 Chevy in the Nextel Cup event on Saturday night.

TESTING 1, 2, 3 -- The REESE'S Racing team and Brandon Miller tested the No. 21 at Dover International Raceway on Tuesday, Sept. 6. The REESE'S team and Miller are also scheduled to test at Lowe's Motor Speedway Sept. 27-28. Miller's teammate Clint Bowyer will accompany him to these tests to give Miller pointers on lines to run at the tracks. It also gives Miller a chance to learn the track before the REESE'S team goes there for race weekend.

OWNERS' POINTS -- The REESE'S Racing team is fourth in the Busch Series Owner Standings with 387 points less than the leader.

Crew Chief Ricky Viers on strategy at Richmond -- "We are going to have the same strategy that we have every weekend, and that is to win. If we can't pull off a win we just want to be in the position to finish in the top five. I feel that we put a great car together for Kevin and he can take care of the rest."

On the Gulf Coast -- "Our thoughts and prayers go out to everyone that was involved in the horrible storm. I just can't believe the devastation that a storm can cause. I am just so proud of NASCAR and all the teams pulling together and giving a helping hand."

On driving in the truck race -- "I think it is going to be cool to drive the No. 47 KISS Ray-Sat Silverado at Richmond. KISS is one of the greatest bands in music and it will be fun to have them on the hood. The truck race at Richmond is always exciting. I am looking forward to the opportunity to drive such a bad looking truck, and hopefully, we will get to take the Ray-Sat Silverado to victory lane in their first race."

* Harvick has completed 2,249 of 2,253 laps in his nine Busch Series starts at Richmond.

* The REESE'S Chevy has finished in the top 10 at Richmond in four of five appearances.

* Miller's next Busch Series event will be Sept. 24 at Dover International Speedway.

* Harvick will be behind the wheel of the REESE'S Chevy for four of the final eight Busch Series races.
