Darlington,SC--Shortly following Winston Cup's final practice this morning, rain began to fall pushing back the start of the Busch Series' race set to start at 1 p.m.

Over an hour and a half later, the cars finally roared to life on the historic track but the rain once again began to fall. The cars stayed on track for roughly a dozen laps before NASCAR decided to drop the green flag. A few minutes later the rain began to fall harder, forcing the cars to pit road to wait out the red flag.

Although every lap that was turned today was under yellow, they were the first laps any Busch Series competitor had ran on the 1.3-mile track this weekend since rain caused the cancellation of both practice and qualifying on Friday.
