Jorge Goeters will be making his fourth career NASCAR Busch Series start for Brewco Motorsports in the #27 Scott Towels/ Cottonelle Wal-Mart Ford Fusion for the NAPA 200 presented by Dodge.
Goeters record with Brewco in three previous road course races is an impressive one. The Mexico City, Mexico driver won the pole for the first ever NASCAR Busch Series race at the Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez in Mexico City in March, 2005. His best finish is 7th -- in March, 2007. Goeters has qualified 1st, 5th, and 4th in three road course races for Brewco -- all in Mexico City.
The #27 Brewco Motorsports Ford Fusion will be a part of the "re-introduction" of Scott brand towels and Cottonelle brand bath tissue to the Canadian market by Kimberly-Clark.
Jorge Goeters on the NAPA Auto Parts 200 and the Circuit Gilles Villeneuve:
"I am very excited to race with Brewco Motorsports again. I'm especially pleased to be associated with Kimberly-Clark and their 're-introduction' of Scott Towels and Cottenelle to the Canadian market. I have never been in Montreal or raced at this track, but I've learned the track by the use of videos. Stewart (Crew Chief Cooper) and the Brewco Team had a very good car for me in Mexico earlier this year, and I'm confident and focused to work with the team to get a good set-up and have an excellent race. This will be an historic race, and I'd love to be part of history for Brewco and Kimberly-Clark."
