SAUTER KANSAS QUOTES:

On racing for the first time at Kansas Speedway "I have heard Kansas is similar to Chicagoland and Kentucky. We were very strong at both of those tracks and I expect it will translate to Kansas. I am really confident in our team's intermediate track program."

On Kansas City "Last time I went to Kansas City I was buying used trucks at Lee Summit Auto Auction and bringing them back to the Chevy garage I worked at in Wisconsin. I also raced there once in the ARTGO Series at Lakeside Speedway. They built that track in the middle of a flood zone, which I thought was a little scary. It's hotter than heck down there, but still a good group of fans to race in front of."

What car will you be taking to Kansas Speedway? "We are taking chassis 4 to Kansas. It is the same car we ran at Chicago. We had engine trouble during that race but before then it was definitely a Top 10 car."

On his weekend off "It was great. Things have been a little stressful lately, running Cup and Busch races, managing the team, and moving into a different home. For the off weekend, I went up to Wisconsin and got to watch my son Tyler play high school football. I would have seen my oldest son Travis race, but it rained out."
