MATT'S THOUGHTS ON THE CHAMPIONSHIP POINTS RACE

(Fell 11 points behind Dale Jr. following his 6th place showing at Gateway) "If we don't run better than this we don't deserve to be in the lead. We know we have to win races and lead laps to win this championship. We have to start doing that each week or we are going to get pretty far behind. You can't run sixth or seventh each week to win championships, its not that easy anymore, you have to win races and run in the top five to be in contention."
