MOORESVILLE, NC--FitzBradshaw Racing continues to add sponsors to its growing list. The team announced today that The United States Playing Card Company (USPC) will be a primary sponsor for the No. 12 Chevrolet Monte Carlo in the Target House 200 on November 8, 2003 and the North Carolina 200 on February 21, 2004, both at North Carolina Speedway.
USPC appeared as an associate sponsor with FitzBradshaw Racing at Lowe's Motor Speedway last weekend and will appear as an associate sponsor at Phoenix International Raceway in November. For the 2004 season, USPC will be an associate for the following races: Darlington (March and November races), Kentucky (June) and Michigan (August).
The No. 12 US Playing Card Chevrolet will be piloted in November by driver Tim Fedewa.
"We are very excited to add a new sponsor to the FitzBradshaw roster. With sponsors claiming both primary and associate positions on our cars, they are able to maximize their exposure in a consistent manner," FitzBradshaw Racing co-owner Armando Fitz said. "The US Playing Card Company has spent over 100 years building their brands and everyone at FitzBradshaw Racing is thrilled to have them associated with our race team. US Playing Card will be a fun new-addition to our team."
"We are excited to be a part of the FitzBradshaw Racing program," said Bill Schildman, Director of Domestic Sales for USPC. "The NASCAR Busch series will allow US Playing Card to generate additional retailer promotions while enhancing our brand image with our core playing card customers. We hope to build on this initial program to become more involved in NASCAR. Working with the current FitzBradshaw sponsors is perfect for additional marketing opportunities for all of the principals involved."
