The Equipment... The Phillips 66 team will compete with "Bag O Donutz" this weekend at Dover International Speedway. "Bag O Donutz" is the oldest chassis in the No. 66 team's stable and is the same car used during the June race at Dover. "Bag O Donutz" was last raced at Bristol Motor Speedway in August.

A Couple Of Rookies... Casey Mears and NFL Houston Texans quarterback David Carr have a couple of things in common. Both are currently wading through the rookie waters in their respective leagues and both grew up in Bakersfield, Calif. The two also played football together during their prep years at Stockdale High School. Mears played on both sides of the ball as a linebacker and halfback while Carr as expected- played quarterback.

New Tire Changer... The Phillips 66 team will have a new front-tire changer for this weekend's MBNA All American Heroes 200 at Dover. Jimmy Bender will serve as the interim tire changer for the next few races until a permanent replacement can be found. Bender also works as the rear-tire changer for the No. 4 Morgan-McClure Winston Cup team.

Casey Mears' Thoughts On Returning to Dover... "I didn't get to run as many laps as I would have liked during my first visit to Dover in June due to an early race accident. Dover is a tricky track and it takes some time to learn. The first part of the race will be important for me to get into a rhythm and make laps. After that, we'll survey where we are and make the run to the finish.
