DAVE BLANEY , No. 32 Fan1st.com Toyota Camry, Braun Racing:

On the race:

"We were tore up pretty early and didn't know how bad it was. We knew from practice that this Camry was really fast. The big thing with this car was the handling. The Toyota motor was fast and it handled great. Kevin (Harvick) was just a little better in the end. The only way I could've passed him was on the outside, but there was no chance because the bottom was the best. This was the first time out here with these cars, the Busch car with the B-spoiler package and it was fun. Once you got a couple laps on the tires it pretty much turned into short track racing and it was a blast."

On getting to second place toward the end of the race:

"The longer it went there the more handling came into play. I was just holding my own and thought I had to try something so I went to the bottom of the track and began picking them off one at a time. I got to second there and Kevin was in the same line as me and there wasn't much I could do. I couldn't get him without getting a push from behind and there were all Fords and Chevy's behind me." On the early race incident that caused damage to your car: "We got spun around back there and got hit a few times, nothing hard, just glancing blows. I knew our car was a rocket from both practices."
