"Our car was good at points and not so-good at other times. It would be good for about three laps and then it would kind of just go away. We struggled a little bit in the pits and did all we could, but it was just one of those nights."
GREG BIFFLE -- No. 16 3M Ford Fusion (Finished 21st)
"It was unfortunate. The car was really good. I think we had really good pit stops and our setup was close. We're getting closer. I don't think we were the fastest car, but probably one of the top four and I think track position was real key. You just never know. We could say we could have won if we didn't get a flat, but we'll never know. I felt like I'd be able to hold those guys off, but we just won't know without trying it."
STEPHEN LEICHT -- No. 90 citifinancial Ford Fusion (Finished 10th)
"I'm thrilled. I'm happy for this citifinancial team. They worked really hard. We tested here last week and we had a real good car, but I made a little contact with the wall there with about 10 minutes left in the last practice so we had to go home and fix the body. I've got to thank the whole body shop back at Yates. They worked their tails off. They are so overloaded right now with the cars of tomorrow and trying to keep everything up to date. They didn't even have time to do it and they fit us in there anyway, so I'm just glad we could come out here and make them proud. That last restart killed us. We restarted eighth and we were as fast as probably the fifth-place car and I was really looking forward to racing with those guys, but the lapped cars were in there racing with the leaders with 10 to go when they should be getting out of the way. It was stupid. Anytime I've been a lap down I've moved over and given them plenty of room and those guys were racing like they were on the lead lap. That was just stupid."
YOU STAYED OUT WITH ABOUT 45 TO GO AND GAINED TRACK POSITION. "At that point we couldn't make it on fuel if it went green and we knew the guys pitting couldn't either, so we took a chance. We were still running 11th or 12th when that happened and that put us up to about fourth, and then with the three cautions in a row it put us in the window that we could make it so it worked out in our favor. Tires are so hard here that I don't think new tires or old tires are a ton different. There was a little help there, but not a lot -- not enough to come from the back so we just took that chance."
TODD KLUEVER -- No. 26 Dish Network Ford Fusion (Finished 15th)
"We had a really good car at the beginning of the race. I was really proud of Chad and all the guys. We weren't very good on the bottom, which is kind of unfortunate, but we found the top groove and we ran up there for a while and I think we were one of the few to actually have some success there. I know in the middle part of the race I thought we were really fast up there and passed a lot of cars. Then we adjusted on it and somehow we just got out of whack a little bit. I don't know if something went wrong with the right spring or something, but we're gonna find out. I bounced it off the wall running the top groove and that probably didn't help, so the driver had some help in messing the car up, but, like I said, we weren't very good on the bottom so we had to go to the top. I was trying with everything I had and then we slipped."
JON WOOD -- No. 47 Armor All Ford Fusion (Finished 13th)
CONSIDERING HOW THE WEEKEND STARTED YOU MUST BE PLEASED WITH THIS FINISH. "It's not typical for us lately, that's for sure. We knew when we tested here that we had a really good car and then I crashed it in practice and I had my doubts. There were a lot of things that we couldn't duplicate on the back-up, so it was nice to be able to get the car where it needed to be by the end of the race."
ONCE YOU GOT YOUR LAP BACK YOU WERE SOLID. "The only time we weren't any good was, of course, the longest run of the night and that's how I went a lap down. After we came in from that long run, we were awesome. Everybody did what they needed to."
