Baker will be competing in the Dodge, which was once driven by Hank Parker Jr during the course of the 2002 BGN season. "This is really exciting," said Baker. "I am honored to have the fine folks over at Trus Joist be on board this Dodge for the season opener."

Trus Joist will serve as the primary sponsor for the February Daytona Race, along with the first Dover race, the first and only race from Talladega Superspeedway, the f irst Lowes event, and the first race at Richmond.
"We have some great events planned with Trus Joist, and I am just excited to get the season underway. I am confident that we are going to be upfront this season more than ever before," says Baker, who along with his wife, Holland, are expecting their first child in March.
Brad recently returned from the scheduled NASCAR Busch Series Pre-Season Testing at Daytona International Speedway. In two days of testing, Baker was able to post the 11th fastest lap overall in a time of 49.302 seconds which equals a speed of 182.548. "Daytona was a huge success for this race team. We had some incredible people working with us from Jesel Motorsports, and they all played a major factor in the end result of the test session," stated Baker.
Baker also continued, "When we unload here next month, I am hoping that we are able to find even more speed and be a threat not only in Bud Pole qualifying, but to take the checkered flag in the Koolerz 300 for Trus Joist."
The first event in the 34 race NASCAR Busch Series schedule begins at Daytona International Speedway where the Koolerz 300 is scheduled to take the green flag on Saturday February 15th 2003 at 1:00pm EST, with coverage on FOX, and MRN Radio beginning at 12:30pm EST.
