TIM FEDEWA NASCAR BUSCH SERIES ATLANTA MOTOR SPEEDWAY

* The No. 36 Stanley car seen on the track this week isn't the one the Stanley team had planned on running at the Atlanta Motor Speedway. The car the team had tested in Atlanta in mid-February was involved in an accident in Rockingham at the North Carolina Speedway on Feb. 26. With two laps remaining in the Rockingham race, the right rear tire blew out and the car's suspension broke. The car hit the wall heavily damaging the right side of the car and moving its body out of line.

"The car's still in the shop," said crew chief Richard Lasater. "We ran well with that car in Atlanta, but our back-up car is just as capable of winning the race."

* Last year, Fedewa and the Stanley car failed to qualify for the Atlanta race and came home early.

"We had a rough go of it, but I really didn't think we did that terrible down there," Fedewa said. "I feel pretty good about going down there this year. I tested good down there, and I've always liked that track. Hopefully, we can have a good run this weekend."

* Mike Snow of Speedway Scene took home the multi-bit screwdriver in the "Who Wants To Be A Tool Winner?" Stanley tools sweepstakes 2000.

This week's winner will get a sharp shooter electric staple and nail gun.
