How important is track position at Bristol? "Track position is huge at Bristol. Before they repaved the track, you stayed single -file and had room to move or bump people out of the way. Now when they're two- and three- wide, you can get shuffled out in a hurry. We need to qualify well. That will help us stay out of all the havoc that happens in the middle of the pack. They race like maniacs in the back of the pack. You can go a lap down pretty quick at Bristol so you really want to stay with the leaders and stay out of trouble."
BRIAN SCOTT, No. 11 AccuDoc Toyota Camry, Braun Racing
What is the key to success at Bristol? "I've had some really good runs at Bristol in the Camping World Truck Series, and some really good cars in the Nationwide Series, but I've come to realize that Bristol is one of those places that you need luck more than anything. You can have a great car and be really fast, but something can happen and you're sitting in the garage. If you can go to Bristol with a fast race car, some patience and a lot of luck, you'll get out unscathed and post a good finish."
REED SORENSON, No. 32 Dollar General Toyota Camry, Braun Racing
Do you like racing at Bristol? "Racing at Bristol is always a lot of fun, especially when you have a good car. We battled a slightly loose-handling car there in the spring, but managed to walk away with a seventh-place finish in the Nationwide Series race. The tough thing about Bristol is that it's one of those tracks where you can have a great car, but if you get caught up in someone else's mess, your day can go downhill pretty quick. This is the same car that we had there in March and I think we'll unload a solid Dollar General Toyota this weekend."
