BROOKLYN, Mich. (July 20, 2000) - Randy Tolsma and the No. 25 CITGO-SUPERGARD Motor Oil Dodge team have regrouped after last week's unfortunate crash at Nazareth, and are ready for the Michigan 200.

The event marks the 17th of 24 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series events. Tolsma and Co. are prepared to make the transition from the one mile tracks they've raced on for the majority of the summer, to the two mile Michigan Speedway.

The No. 25 team will sport a brand new speedway truck for the weekend. "We ran very well at Texas and Kentucky finishing third and sixth respectively," Tolsma said. "Once we get our new speedway truck ‘dialed-in’, we should be pretty competitive. We have to shake down the new truck this weekend during practice. Its like anything new, you have to break it in."

The CITGO-SUPERGARD Motor Oil Dodge team participated in the optional testing session at Michigan Speedway on Wednesday, where they took advantage of the track time to work on the new truck.

"We should do very well here in Michigan," crew chief Gary Showalter commented after the testing day concluded. "We learned a lot in the test session to help make Randy more comfortable in the truck."

Bud Pole qualifying will take place on Friday July 21, 2000 at 12:45 p.m. EST, followed by final practice from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. The MICHIGAN 200 will broadcast live on ESPN and MRN Radio at 1:30 p.m. EST on July 22, 2000.
