* Open-Wheel Spotter Now in NASCAR: Tony Hirschman III is spotter for the No. 10 Ford Power Stroke Diesel by International race team. Hirschman spotted in the IRL from 1999-2003 with drivers Sarah Fisher and Stephan Gregoire. The Northampton, Pa. native started as a spotter for his father, Tony Sr. in 1996 in the NASCAR Whelen Modified Series and has spotted in NASCAR's Busch and Craftsman Truck Series the last three seasons. * Team Brings Truck No. 10-11 to TMS: The No. 10 Ford Power Stroke Diesel by International race team is bringing Truck No. 10-11 to TMS this week. Friday night's race marks the second-career start for this truck. The team finished second with it last month at Lowe's Motor Speedway, a 1.5-mile tri-oval racing facility
