Career at Phoenix International Raceway:

Deborah will be making her second career start at the Phoenix International Raceway in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series.

Deborah On Phoenix:

"I like racing in Phoenix. The weather is always so beautiful in November and I definitely love the layout of the racetrack. Phoenix tends to have a large fan base and it is great to see all the people at our NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series events. The racetrack in Phoenix is unique itself with a slight bend in the backstretch. It is a flat, fast race track and it is very difficult to pass on the one mile track. Phoenix tests your skills and concentration levels. You need to be up on the wheel for the entire event. My BHR2 team has been giving me great trucks all season and I know we will have the same this week -- if we can get some of that valuable track position then we should have ourselves a solid run."

History at Phoenix International Raceway:

The 24th Race in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series holds the possibility of three women racing this weekend in Phoenix. Deborah Renshaw, Kelly Sutton and Erin Crocker are all on the entry list for the event. The first and only time that three women participated in the same NASCAR event was in 2004 at the Mansfield Motorsports Park when Kelly Sutton, Tina Gordon and Deborah Renshaw raced in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series event.

Deborah On the BHR2 Performance Nearing the end of the 2005 Season:

"This BHR2 team has been working hard this season to bring us up to the next level of competition. I think our performance at Texas is a significant statement about how much progress we are all making. I feel that these past five races have been a real turning point for us. These guys on the pit crew are just awesome on the stops in the pits. They have me in and out so fast - making all the right changes without error. That just shows you the dedication of these guys to this program.JWe$B!G(Jve worked hard all year and it is starting to show."
