Mike Skinner on driving at Nashville Superspeedway
"Nashville is one of my favorite places that we race. I have friends in the music business, so we always go in a day early to visit them. This time, we'll go in a day early to participate in the Nashville Rhythm and Race Fest with a few other drivers and some country artists--it should be a lot of fun. There honestly is no downside to racing at Nashville [Superspeedway]; it is a fantastic track and an awesome city. We've come very close to winning the guitar [the winning trophy at Nashville Superspeedway] a couple times; this time hopefully we can capitalize on the opportunity to bring home one of the coolest trophies in NASCAR."
Crew Chief Stacy Johnson on racing at Nashville Superspeedway
"We're excited to get back on track with the No. 5 International Truck/Monaco RVs Toyota Tundra at Nashville Superspeedway. We struggled a little bit there in the spring race with our setup, but I feel like we're going back with a better idea of what we need from our Toyota Tundra to be successful. Mike Skinner has one of the best records at Nashville [Superspeedway], but he has yet to visit victory lane there. Hopefully we can get everything working together and we will leave Nashville with a successful weekend."
