JACK SPRAGUE, NO 16 CHEVY TRUCKS SILVERADO, 2ND IN FIRST PRACTICE, 16TH IN PRACTICE NO. 2:

"Our Chevy Trucks Silverado is good. We got it pretty good in the first practice session and we got pretty close to what we needed in our qualifying run, so we spent the second practice trying different things to see what it would do on a little longer run. I am hoping for a top-10 qualifying run because track position is important at every track. I am pretty happy with what our setup will be to start the race. I know Chris (Showalter, crew chief) and the guys will put give us some adjustability to adapt as the race unwinds. The biggest thing is going to be saving our tires so we have what we need toward the end of the race to make a hard run toward the front. This is my home state and we will have friends and family here this weekend, which is cool. It is good to have the momentum of the win in Texas coming here; we need to back it up here with a really solid run. We were running in the top-10 late in the race when we lost an engine. This year, we need to get to the finish without any drama or bad luck."

DENNIS SETZER, NO 46 CHEVROLET Z71 SILVERADO, 8th IN THE FIRST PRACTICE, 11TH IN PRACTICE NO. 2:

"Our Chevrolet Z71 Silverado is pretty good. We made several qualifying runs and got to where we are pretty decent. On our longer race runs, we felt like we are right where we need to be for the start of tomorrows race. I am comfortable with the balance of the truck and feel like we will have a good run. We would like to get our Silverado to victory lane here in Chevrolet's home territory."

RON HORNADAY, NO. 6 GM GOODWRENCH SILVERADO, 19th IN THE FIRST PRACTICE, 20TH IN PRACTICE NO. 2:

"Of course we would like to have a little bit more speed but I am happy with the set-up that we have right now. The GM Goodwrench Chevrolet will be just fine come race time. It doesn't usually happen out here but I think that tire wear is going to be an issue. Some trucks are wearing out the right rears and some are wearing out the fronts, but I don't think that it should be too big of a problem. We made all kinds of adjustments because we were loose through both practice sessions, but now I think that we got it figured out. It is going to be fun having two GM Goodwrench trucks on the track tomorrow."

DAVID STARR, NO 75 SPEARS MANUFACTURING SILVERADO, 22ND IN THE FIRST PRACTICE, 8TH IN PRACTICE NO. 2:

"Our Spears Silverado is ok. When the tires get old, it gets to be a handful. We are just shooting for a top-10 qualifying effort and have a good race. We weren't really that good here last year so we want to improve our performance this year in Chevrolet's home town."

KYLE BUSCH, NO. 15 ditech.com SILVERADO, 3RD IN THE FIRST PRACTICE, 3RD IN PRACTICE NO. 2:

" We are pretty good and I am happy with it. I have run pretty good here in a Busch car and our Cup car is pretty good today as well. I think we need to get it to turn a little bit better on the long runs. We build it a little tight. We were running good in practice and we came in and saw a little blistering on our right rear. I think once the track gets a little rubber down on it and as long as it doesn't rain tonight, I think we will be ok tomorrow."

KEVIN HARVICK, NO. 92 GM GOODWRENCH SILVERADO, 10TH IN THE FIRST PRACTICE, 17TH IN PRACTICE NO. 2:

"We will probably qualify somewhere around 12th to 15th but the truck is real good in race trim. Just have to make sure we take care of the tires the whole race."

BOBBY LABONTE, NO. 47 CHEVROLET SILVERADO, 16TH IN THE FIRST PRACTICE, 21ST IN PRACTICE NO. 2:

" We have something going on under the hood. We pickup speed in the corners but loose it coming down the straight aways. The truck is handling awesome. I know Randy (Goss, crew chief) and the guys will figure out the problem and make the right changes so we have a good solid race truck."
