Starr on What It Takes To Win at Michigan International Speedway:
"I love racing at Michigan. The NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series always puts on a good show for the fans there, and I don't think this weekend will be any different. To win there, everything will have to come together for me and the Red Horse Racing Team. You have to have a good handling truck when you go to Michigan, and I know that is something we will work a lot on in the practices to make sure we have a good balance. You also have to have lot of horsepower under the hood. The pit crew has to do an excellent job with pit stops, and the driver has to be on top of his game. And maybe most importantly, your truck has to draft well because there will be a lot of drafting going on at Michigan. If we draft well and have a balanced truck and use all that good Toyota power we have under the hood, we should have a good day in Michigan."
Starr On Making His 150th Career NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series Start:
"It's funny. I had no idea that I had run 150 races in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series. It's very humbling. It's an honor to be able to race in anything that has NASCAR stamped on it. I'm blessed to race in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series. I know I'm very fortunate to be where I am today. There are a lot of good race car drivers that would love to have the opportunities that I have had and to be where I am. I'm just honored to be here and be part of such a competitive Series and racing along some of the greatest drivers in the country."
Starr On Rebounding From a Disappointing Outing at Texas:
"You can't let one race get you down. You just have to keep on digging. You can't change history and the Texas race is history now. The Red Horse Racing Team has to focus on what is in front of us, and that's what we are doing. I'm excited to go to Michigan. The thing with racing is that even if you have a bad week, you have to keep going. You try to learn from what went wrong and improve on that. Even though it's frustrating for everyone with the team, you just have to keep moving forward. Our focus is now on Michigan and coming out of there with the top-10 finish that I know this Red Horse Racing Team is capable of."
