TERRY COOK POST RACE QUOTES -

"The Power Stroke® Diesel Ford rolled off the trailer pretty quick, which showed here today," said Cook. "We were able to break into the Top-5 early on and stayed there until we decided to pit around Lap 74 while every one stayed out. It put us back to 21st, but not for long. We snatched the lead around Lap 131. We went with a different strategy for our second pit stop taking on two tires instead of four. Unfortunately, we were on 100 plus laps and that's a little too much."

"The Power Stroke Diesel truck was just way too tight through the center," said Cook, who won the Featherlite Long Haul Award. "Consequently, we didn't have it there at the end of the race. It was our strategy and that's what we decided to go with. That's a team effort and you stick by your strategy whether you take two tires, or four tires. It did bite us a little bit today, but the Power Stroke Diesel Ford rallied a strong fifth-place finishing effort. We needed this run at Martinsville to start building momentum."

"Last season we finished third at Martinsville," said Cook. "Then we went on to Gateway and scored another third-place finish. We are hoping this finish is a sneak peek for what is to come for the Power Stroke Diesel team."
