Ginn Clubs and Resorts Will Sponsor Raybestos Rookie in No. 46 Silverado

Las Vegas (NV) September 19, 2006 - With the complete reconfiguration and resurfacing of Las Vegas Motor Speedway (LVMS), Raybestos Rookie Kraig Kinser will be on equal footing with all the other contenders in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series (NCTS) Saturday night. This will be the young Kinser's introduction to 1.5-mile track although he has seen plenty of action at the LVMS Dirt Track - but it will be for virtually every NCTS competitor.

The Smith's Las Vegas 350 will mark the first event at the 1.5-mile track since it was completely re-worked. Not only has the track received a new asphalt surface, had all the concrete patches and corresponding bumps removed and made smooth, it has received new banking as well. No longer can it be called a semi-banked or "flat" oval. Banking in the turns has been increased from 12 to 20 degrees with walls raised approximately 15 feet to accommodate the changes. The backstretch, formerly banked three degrees, has been increased to nine degrees -- the same as the frontstretch banking.

"I have never raced at Las Vegas before," said Kinser. "I have only been to the dirt track and the drag strip. I really am looking forward to heading out there, and having a good run in the truck. We have brought back Ginn Clubs & Resorts as the sponsor, so I am sure we will have some guests at the track for the race.

"I am just excited to get back into the truck after a month break, and seeing how the new track improvements have come along will be cool also. It will kind of be nice to almost be a the same level as everyone else, instead of heading to Las Vegas as a driver that has never been on the track, I get to go there like everyone else and not really know what to expect. Hopefully we can qualify up front, and have great pit stops, and get a good run in for the Morgan-Dollar Motorsports team."

In his first full-time season of pavement racing, Kinser's Ginn Clubs and Resorts sponsored Silverado is a joint effort between MDM and MB2 Motorsports. Kinser joined the MB2 driver development program last season.
