Kyle Busch takes the truck win at Dover

Kyle Busch had his No. 51 Kyle Busch Motorsports Toyota out front when a cycle of green-flag pit stops completed on lap 145 and led 50 laps throughout the remainder of the 200-lap Lucas Oil 200 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race at Dover (Del.) International Speedway on Friday en route to his 32nd-career win in the series.

"This Toyota Tundra was awesome today," Busch said.

Camping World Truck Series points leader, Matt Crafton, finished second in the No. 88 ThorSport Racing Toyota, and Ryan Blaney was third in the No. 29 Brad Keselowski Racing Ford.

"I wasn't thinking about points," Crafton said. "I just wanted that trophy. There's always next year, I guess."

Blaney got one last shot to take runner-up honors from Crafton when the sixth and final caution of the race came out with eight-laps to go, bunching the field up with Crafton on the front row and Blaney on the second row in third.

"That last restart, man, was cool," Blaney said. "Matt spun his tires."

Despite spinning his tires, Crafton was able to hold on to the second spot.

A pair of series young guns, Darrell Wallace Jr. in the No. 54 Kyle Busch Motorsports Toyota and Chase Elliott in the No. 94 Turner Motorsports Chevrolet, started the race from the front row. Wallace went on to dominate the first half of the event, while Elliott got nabbed for speeding on pit road on two different occasions.

Elliott was caught speeding for the first time during a caution that came out around lap 45. He made his way back up to third by the time the field began cycling through green-flag pit stops around lap 125. But Elliott was caught speeding, again. And, again, he worked his way back up through the field, finishing fourth.

"I guess it was fun," Elliott said. "We had a really fast truck. We're capable. We've just got to put ourselves in the right position, and I have to have a mistake-free race."

Wallace led the way until that cycle of green flag pit stops. Prior to the cycle, drivers including Busch and Crafton spent time in the second spot, but each was unable to catch and pass Wallace.

"The biggest thing that was challenging to me was being loose behind those guys," Busch said.

Busch, though, headed down pit road earlier than most of the rest of the race field, making his green-flag stop on lap 117. By the time the cycle completed around lap 145, Busch was in the lead.

Wallace then ran second to Busch, but then began losing positions on the race track. By the end of the race, he wound up 10th.

Crafton got off pit road ahead of Busch to take the lead during the fourth caution of the race that came out on lap 160. But a few laps later, Busch reclaimed his spot up front and led the rest of the way.

"It (the win) wasn't going to happen following him, so I had to do something," Busch said.

Brendan Gaughan finished fifth in the No. 62 Richard Childress Racing Chevrolet, Timothy Peters was sixth in the No. 17 Red Horse Racing Toyota, the No. 98 ThorSport Racing Toyota of Johnny Sauter was seventh, the No. 18 Kyle Busch Motorsports Toyota of Joey Coulter was eighth, and the No. 4 Turner Scott Motorsports Chevrolet of Jeb Burton finished ninth.
