As previously announced, Ram is returning to the NASCAR Truck Series for the first time in over a decade, and they will do so with five entries fielded by Kaulig Racing.
Kaulig is shutting down their NASCAR O'Reilly Auto Parts program (formerly Xfinity Series) in order to accommodate this massive undertaking in the Truck Series. The team will continue to operate a Chevy-backed team at the Cup level with AJ Allmendinger and Ty Dillon in 2026. They've already announced ARCA champion Brenden Queen, as well as Daniel Dye and Justin Haley as the team's full-time drivers for the 2026 Ram program.
Another truck will be the 'free agent' entry with various drivers, and they will not identify the driver until the Monday before each event. We already knew that the number of that truck will be No. 25.
Kaulig has officially confirmed the number choices for each entry with Dye set to drive the No. 10, just as he did for Kaulig this past year as an Xfinity Series driver. That number was the first one revealed when the Kaulig/Ram announcement was made this past summer. However, we now know that Queen will pilot the No. 12, and Haley will be in the No. 16.
The No. 14 truck will be used as well, and the details of that driver lineup have yet to be revealed, but it's likely to involve a reality show-style competition of some kind.
While Kaulig has used the No. 10, No. 14, and No. 16 before, the other two numbers have never been utilized by Kaulig in any of their previous NASCAR endeavors.
