"No, not really. You know we've usually been pretty good here in qualifying and even have a pole here. Unfortunately she was very loose and it's been the same problem for a few weeks now.
What was the difference from practice where you were about eleventh and
"I don't know because it looks like a lot of the other guys have picked up a ton of speed from their practice times. I ran it in harder this time, but these other guys have to be running their trucks in harder as well to be able to pick up seven or eight tenths so I don't know what to say but we were just really loose. It just got really loose in the center when I got to the bottom of the track and wouldn't stick."

"My one lap felt pretty good. I probably could have pushed it a little more, but we are just going to try and take care of the truck and see how things go. We were actually a tick on the loose side, but it was a big improvement on how we ran in practice. I think that we can carry this over to the race tomorrow."

How did your laps feel compared to how you were in practice earlier
"A lot better. Honestly, I thought it was going to be a lot faster than what we were. On the first lap we were just wide open, and drove really, really good. The second lap got really tight, and I thought that we would run a 31.90, but I don't think it will be too bad, probably a top-15."

"We have been tight all day, and were loose in qualifying, and I think that is the best we have run all day here time wise. Not sure where we will start, but I am looking to have a good run, and hopefully get this Pork Board Chevrolet Silverado up front and have a good finish for the race."

"We have been getting better and better every week, and we ran well last week and again this week. We were hoping for a good qualifying run, but we were just too loose, but I think everyone here gets tight, so hopefully since we were free in qualifying we will better for the rest of the race."

"We were actually going back and forth in practice, so I really didn't know what we would run in qualifying. We were pretty good at the start of practice, and then the handle really went away. We kept on working on it, and Barry probably went back pretty much to the set-up we unloaded with, and that first lap was a strong one. We'll take it, especially since I almost wrecked the truck during the second lap."
