BRENDAN GAUGHAN (No. 62 Orleans Racing Dodge Ram) - Started 6th / Finished 4th

"It was a great day for the Orleans Racing Team. Shane Wilson made a great call on coming in late. A couple of guys were running out of gas, and Shane said, 'I don't think we can do it bud.' So, we put four fresh Goodyears on and came back out. I think I rode a little but too much through the high-groove tonight, but it worked. We came home in fourth, and we got the points we needed. Now we'll head to Nashville, which is a good racetrack for this team.

"When you're running for the points lead you can't run out of gas. Shane was saying, 'Dang, maybe we should have come in on that one caution.' But in the end we came in with 40 laps to go and we made it back to fourth. We had a great Dodge, and we were fast again. We're going to keep running for this championship, and we're going to get this deal.

"Points days are points days. To come out here, we only lose about 10 points is just fine. Hell, we've got four wins already, and we're going to get more. We've got tracks coming up that are great for the Orleans team and are great for our Dodge horsepower. We're going to go out there and bring it. We're planning on getting out to those tracks and taking that points lead."

Our Dodge was once again running in the high groove tonight. Phil Parsons was telling me after the race, 'You were just about perfect, plus about two extra inches.' We went a little too high, but it worked for us all night.

BOBBY HAMILTON (No. 4 Square D Dodge Ram) -Started 16th / Finished 3rd

"We were getting to get a little more rear downforce on our Dodge Ram, and then the air quit working on us. I didn't have any helmet hair, so I had to run with the shield open. The guys did an excellent job. Newt made an excellent call there to leave us out for track position -- as usual that was everything. Truck racing isn't like it used to be. You used to have to pass a bunch of trucks coming up through there, but there were a lot of guys with some really good trucks today. I'm really proud of our Square D team, and all of our people."

TED MUSGRAVE (No. 1 Mopar Performance Parts Dodge Ram) - Started 4th / Finished 6th

"Boy, our Mopar Dodge sure looks a heck of a lot better than it did last year. We were a little tight all night long. We made a couple of adjustments, but you can't keep making pit stops and adjustments at I.R.P. because it's so hard to get to the front here. We put a rubber in the right rear, and that really helped. We needed to take some wedge out or something with it, but we didn't want to go too far. So we didn't go enough, we got a little tight, and we just had to ride it out. When you look at the big picture, yeah, we want to win everything we can, but if you look at our trouble at this track we'll take a sixth place finish and go on to Nashville.

"Short tracks can be tough. I really don't care for them that much. You know, a lot of times fate just isn't in your hands at some of these places. I like the bigger tracks where you've got to race, draft and make moves. Here it's all about track position and tires. We just didn't have enough of that tonight, but we did a pretty decent job making up for it.

BILL LESTER (No. 8 Strauss Auto Parts/The Club Dodge Ram) - Started 23rd / Finished 28th

"Our incident was a driver error, totally. After we kind of missed the setup on qualifying, we adjusted on it in the race and I swear the guys got it just perfect. I was loving life. Next thing I know, I was going into turn one like I had been and I got sideways. We slid up, I tried to peddle it and catch it, but I got behind. We hit the wall pretty good and knocked the toe out, and we just kind of tried to survive from there."

TRACY HINES (No. 27 Mopar Performance Parts Dodge Ram) - Started 30th / Finished 32nd

"We had a lot of Mopar horsepower in this Dodge chassis out there tonight. This was a great opportunity for us, and we had a Ram that was handling great through the center of the corners. It's just unfortunate that we ended up racing against a guy that didn't want to pass me, so he moved me instead. I mean, I had passed about 25 trucks tonight and I didn't have to move a single one of them out of the way. I hate to race like that a lot of times. It's unfortunate for the guys because now they've got a truck they need to take back to the shop and fix.

"Tonight was still great. I had a lot of family, friends and local friends out here supporting me. I love this racetrack. I know it, and I'm comfortable with it. I owe a lot of thanks to Dodge and Mopar for giving me such a great opportunity."
