Will it be more difficult this year for you to win with a new team? "History shows you can't do it, so it's going to be very difficult because it's a new team. We feel we're going to be a great race team, and I believe that. Trip Bruce is the crew chief I've had for the last two years. We've brought four or five other people from the 23 team, so I think the team aspect will be strong, but because we started so late in the game I think it's going to be difficult to try to run for a championship. I don't know if we're championship-caliber just yet. Do I believe we can? Absolutely, we just did it last year. Moving to a different organization, trying to get more of the right people, some of the rule changes that came out -- it has been very trying to try to figure around that because of that rule change, the pit stop stuff was changed two weeks ago. There's been some challenging stuff, but we deal with those things year round. As far as at the race track, it's very challenging there, too. We just have to figure it out."

Can you continue your success at California this weekend?
"We have a good Tundra for Auto Club Speedway. We won with it at Homestead. We worked on it over the winter and made it better, so we're pretty optimistic. We've always been strong at tracks like this. We have a pretty good understanding of what the trucks need to do, and we go every week to win."
