John Wes Townley at Lowe's Motor Speedway: The 19-year-old Townley has one career start at LMS. He finished 27th in the NASCAR Nationwide Series Dollar General 300 on October 10, 2008.
Townley's Return to the NCWTS: Townley, a 2009 Raybestos Rookie of the Year contender in the NNS has seven previous starts in the NCWTS. In 2008, Townley compiled two top-20 and four top-25 finishes in the No. 09 for Roush Fenway Racing.

Calling the Shots: Crew chief Brad Parrott will be wearing rookie stripes this weekend for the first time in 18 years. Parrott will be making his debut atop the pit box in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series. Although, the veteran has never called the shots in a NCWTS race he does have success at Lowe's Motor Speedway; taking home a win with Jeff Burton in October 2002.
This Week's No. 09 Zaxby's Toyota: Townley will pilot chassis No. 29 in the North Carolina Education Lottery 200 this Friday night. This is a chassis that was previously piloted by James Buescher at Homestead in 2008; starting 10th and finishing 19th.

Rookie Race: Townley remains 6th in the 2009 Raybestos Rookie of the Year standings with 63 points; just 12 markers behind 5th place, Michael Annett and 39 points behind leader, Justin Allgaier.
John Wes Townley:
Currently you race for a single car team, as a rookie do you see any advantages to having teammates this weekend?
"Absolutely. Although I have one start at LMS I am still learning, which is one reason why we entered the event this weekend. Every time I hit the track I learn something new, so having two teammates, especially someone with as much talent as Kyle Busch, to lean on for information and guidance will be very beneficial not only to me, but my entire team."
