TEAM: #46 Morgan-Dollar Motorsports Silverado

On Charlotte: "Lowe's Motor Speedway is a great track for the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series to compete. It's the home track for the majority of the teams and the promoters do a first class job in promoting us here. The night-time setting gives the race a special feel to the race. Everyone wants to win this one because for the most part we all live close by. We have a brand new truck to run here in Charlotte. The truck is one that we just finished building late in April and took to Chicagoland Speedway to test. The truck was very good there and we hope that gave us a good idea of how to prepare for Lowe's."

TEAM: #16 IWX Motorsports Chevy Trucks Silverado

On Mansfield Win: " The #16 Chevy Trucks Silverado was like a rocket when it came off the corners it hit so hard. It was one of those situations that it was not bad to be tight off the center. My truck was just perfect. We had the power under the hood and are pleased about our finish. We just kept digging, saved our stuff and it worked out.

I had perfect pit stops today and it all just came together.

"I had a blast at Mansfield--short tracks are great. I was even passing some of these trucks on the bottom. This is what makes the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series so much fun, we were doing some beating and banging out there and everyone was having a ball. I don't think there was anyone who had a straight truck when it was over and the fans got a great race. I'm looking forward to going back there next year. I can't say enough about all GM Racing and Chevrolet have done for us this season. I am glad to be able to give them their first win in 2004."

On Charlotte: "Charlotte has always been one of my favorite tracks. I won the first race I ever ran there in a Late Model Sportsman. I have had great runs in a NASCAR Busch Series car as well. This will be my first NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series race there and I am really looking forward to it. Everyone on our Chevy Trucks Silverado team is so pumped up after the Mansfield win. We had an awesome test at Chicago and learned a great deal about how to improve our mile and a half-track program. It is nice to head into an event with the momentum you get from a trip to victory lane.

"Dave (Fuge, team manager), Chris (Showalter, crew chief) and all the guys on the team have been working really hard to make sure we improve from how things went in Atlanta. After the test, I think we have come a long way!

"The fans are always so excited at Charlotte. Plus being a night race, it is just a little more special. It is nice to be a part of one of the biggest events of the season for all of the NASCAR divisions. I am ready to get there, get in the truck and get going."

TEAM: #75 Spears Racing Silverado

On Charlotte: "You know you've hit big time racing when you race at Charlotte. "It is one of the most exciting places to race on the entire circuit. It's definitely NASCAR at its finest and there is so much history, its just great. I like racing there. The track definitely suits my style of driving and with all we've learned so far this season, I think our #75 Spears Chevrolet Silverado will be good this time out."

TEAM: #6 Kevin Harvick, Inc. GM Goodwrench Silverado

On Charlotte: "I like to race on a track like Lowe's where you can move around a bit. You can run on the top and run on the bottom and Lowe's is definitely that. We tested at Chicago, which is a mile-and-a-half like Lowe's and we learned a lot there. The body was a little bit off. We fought a loose condition while we were there so we learned we had to come back to the shop and work on the body a little bit more. We've got one of the best aero guys in the business at KHI and the guys guaranteed that it would be better."

TEAM: #47 ACXIOM Chevy All Star Silverado

On Charlotte: "The opportunity to run the truck race on Friday night for Chevrolet with Sheryl Crow on the side of my little Silverado is quite an honor. They are kicking off their Chevy All Star program and we get to be the first one to race. I love Charlotte Motor Speedway. I've always run real well there. We are coming off a strong test with our little truck out in Chicago and all went well there. Enjoyed the opportunity to work with Randy Goss (#47 Axiom Silverado Crew Chief) and all the people folks from Chevrolet.

"It is going to be a big weekend for me. I am going to race the NEXTEL All-Star event on Saturday night and then Sunday take a ride up to Nazareth and compete in the NASCAR Busch series. I get to compete in all three major divisions on one weekend and that makes me happy. I like to race so when I am getting to race, is when things are the best for me. The type of equipment I will be in for all three events, we could win them all and that would be a big weekend for us and I am really looking forward to that."

TEAM: #02 Team Copaxone Silverado

On Charlotte: "We had a strong finish this past weekend in Mansfield, and we're looking to carry some of that momentum with us into Charlotte. A strong qualifying run will give the Team COPAXONE Chevy a chance for our best finish of the season, and what better place to do it, than under the lights at Lowe's"
