MARTINSVILLE, Va.--One of Mark IV Automotive's major retailers, Advance Auto Parts, will be on the hood of the No. 52 Purolator PureONE Chevrolet driven by Mike Wallace for the NAPA 250 in Martinsville, Virginia. Advance has been partners with Purolator and Dayco for over 40 years - providing top quality automotive products via more than 950 retail stores in 17 states. Advance Auto Parts has also been a part of the No. 52 Purolator PureONE Chevrolet for the past two years. Advance has graced the hood of Wallace's Chevrolet in three races this season including Bristol, Tenn., Richmond, Va., and now in Martinsville just as they did in the same three races last year. Advance Auto Parts, in conjunction with Mark IV Automotive, extensively utilizes the race program for the Martinsville weekend. The race weekend, consisting of the NAPA 250 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series race on Saturday and the NAPA AutoCare 500 NASCAR Winston Cup race on Sunday, allows the Purolator PureONE truck owner and driver to sign autographs together. Ken Schrader, owner of the No. 52 Purolator PureONE race team and driver of the No. 33 Skoal Bandit Racing Chevrolet, and Mike Wallace, driver of the No. 52 Purolator PureONE Chevrolet, will sign autographs at the Martinsville Advance Auto Parts store on Friday, September 25, 6-8 p.m.

"We appreciate our relationship with Advance Auto Parts," said Wallace. "The promotions and autograph signing for Advance and Mark IV customers are great to do because there is a special connection. I am glad they chose Martinsville because I really like racing there, and we usually run well." Wallace comes to Martinsville Speedway with plenty of experience. His history with Martinsville is written through three divisions of NASCAR: Winston Cup, Busch Series and the Craftsman Truck Series. The first race Wallace competed in at Martinsville Speedway was a NASCAR Busch Series race where he finished seventh. Located in Tulsa, Okla., Dayco and Purolator are the leading aftermarket brands of Mark IV Automotive.
