The paddock will also be open for fans wanting to attend the test session and meet the drivers ahead of their return in September.

A press conference will also be help at 11 a.m. in the Congress room at the track to allow media representatives a chance to speak with drivers and NWES officials.

The series will also provide rides for the media in a stock car after the press conference.

“The Prologue gives us the perfect chance to present the American NASCAR Weekend and give the fans a taste of the great show they will see in September,” said Francesco Tartamella, Sporting Director of the Autodromo di Franciacorta. “Hosting the NASCAR Whelen Euro Series Semi Finals is a unique opportunity and we are working hard to put together an event that will thrill the fans with all sorts of American-themed entertainment.”
