Western Union is looking to Martin Truex Jr. to deliver this weekend at Kansas Speedway.
The Englewood, Colo.-based financial services and communication company is partnering with Denver’s Furniture Row Racing for the final six races of the 2015 Sprint Cup season.
Western Union — and its Money-Moving Ambassadors will serve as a major associate sponsor for the No. 78 Chevy and Truex, who is currently third in the standings and competing in the Chase for the Sprint Cup.
Barney Visser’s Furniture Row Racing made its foray into NASCAR in 2005. FRR became the first single-car operation to qualify for the Chase when Kurt Busch pulled off the feat in 2013. Truex joined the company the following year and scored his first win in the No. 78 Chevy earlier this season at Pocono Raceway.
Under the direction of crew chief Cole Pearn, Truex is enjoying a record season with 19 top 10s, 536 laps led and an average qualifying and finish of 12th and 12.6, respectively.
