Elliott Sadler on Texas Motor Speedway: "I always enjoy going to Texas. I like everything about the place, from the Fort Worth area to the track and the fans. That track holds special memories for me and I always look forward to getting there and having the chance to run well there again. I think we can do it this time around. Todd Parrott has a ton of experience at that place and he knows the track well. He knows what I need everywhere we go and that has really started to show the past couple of months. I'm enjoying my time at the track and I think this could be a really good weekend for us. Todd and I have made it to Victory Lane together at Texas Motor Speedway before, so I know we have what it takes to put together a really good finish."
Crew Chief Todd Parrott's Thoughts on Texas: "We've got a good race car this weekend. It's the car that we qualified on the outside pole with at Fontana. We're really looking forward to it. Texas is a fast race track. Usually the track has multiple grooves. You have to have a good balanced car that turns well in the center. You usually fight loose in there so you definitely have to work on that. There may be some pit strategy involved there this weekend because with the cooler temperatures you should be able to take two tires and still be pretty good. It's a great area with great fans and I enjoy racing at Texas."
Chassis History: The No. 19 RPM team has prepared chassis No. 280 for this weekend's event. This particular Ford Fusion was last utilized at California Speedway where Sadler qualified in the second position and finished inside the top 15. Prior to that, Sadler ran it at Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
Sadler will be back behind the wheel of the No. 2 Kevin Harvick, Inc. ride in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series this weekend at Texas Motor Speedway. Sadler has run six races for that team this season and has posted one win, two top-five and three top-10 finishes.
