KASEY KAHNE (No. 9 Budweiser Dodge Charger) "The Budweiser Dodge is pretty decent. We made some adjustments to the airbox that seemed to make a big difference. I'm not sure where we'll qualify tomorrow, but I think we'll have a fast race car for them on Sunday. It's all about being in a position to make a run late in the race at Talladega. If we can find a good drafting partner and stay out of a wreck, I'm pretty confident that our Dodge will be up front at the end."

KURT BUSCH (No. 2 Miller Lite Dodge Charger) "Our Miller Lite Dodge is right where it needs to be and maybe a little bit better. Every team picks up speed each time you come back from a restrictor plate race. We had a great finish at Daytona so we're hoping to build off of that.

"The first session we tried a couple different shock packages. The second practice we tried some different gear packages in the rear end and we gained some good information. You're really limited to what you can do to these cars here at Talladega. Everything is pretty much straight forward. It all starts at the race shop and it showed in our practices today. With everyone on a high after Daytona, you just hope that you don't camp on that and bring a good car here. I think that we did that."
