Roush-Fenway on the verge of signing new sponsor for Biffle

Roush-Fenway Racing recently lost one of their biggest backers, 3M, to rival Hendrick Motorsports.

3M has been with Greg Biffle and Roush-Fenway Racing since 2007, but that's all about to change. The company is taking their money elsewhere, opting to sponsor Jeff Gordon in 11 races next year.

Biffle recently signed an extension with Roush and isn't concerned about finding a new sponsor. In fact, it seems that they may have already sealed a new deal.

Greg Biffle is currently 12th in the championship standings with no wins yet. He is outside the cut-off, but only by a handful of points. He's won a total of six Sprint Cup races with 3M on the car, not even half of what Gordon's done in the same period of time.
