Regan Smith to drive No. 41 again at Atlanta

SHR fills the seat with Smith once again.

Regan Smith has gone through quite an eventful week from flipping in the XFINITY season-opener to being placed in the Daytona 500 by Stewart-Haas Racing, who were scrambling to find a replacement driver for the now indefinitely suspended Kurt Busch.

Smith stayed out of trouble in the 500 and brought the car home a respectable 16th. The team has opted to put Smith in the car once again for Atlanta this weekend, adding that no plans have been made for drivers beyond this event.

He will again run the XFINITY race as well, where he is competing for a championship with JR Motorsports.
