SAM HORNISH JR. (No. 77 Mobil 1 Dodge Charger) Qualified 12th
"Our lap was alright. I felt that we had a good car in practice. We didn't make too many changes for qualifying. We were just a bit free into the corners and too tight in the middle of the corner. We couldn't keep the speed we needed. I'm proud of all the guys on the Mobil 1 Dodge. We'll have a decent spot to start for Sunday's race."
KASEY KAHNE (No. 9 Budweiser Dodge Charger) Qualified 4th
"The Budweiser Dodge felt really good. I may have over drove the center of the corner just a touch. Other than that, it felt really good. The guys gave me a fast race car off the truck and Kenny (Francis) and the guys made some nice gains late in practice. I was a little nervous knowing that we had an early qualifying draw, but some cloud cover came in and kept the track cool which helped a bit. I'm happy. The car is balanced and we have something to work on for Saturday practice."
REED SORENSON (No. 43 PVA Dodge Charger) Qualified 40th
"We just didn't make a good lap. This place is tough to find the balance on and we were just a bit off for qualifying."
BRAD KESELOWSKI (No. 12 Penske Racing Dodge Charger) Qualified 26th
"It was a decent lap for our Penske Dodge. We've made improvements from where we were last week and that's our goal, get better every week. We have three races this year to build on heading into 2010. I still have a lot to learn about the Penske cars and the organization. I'm trying to soak all that in and yet, at the same time, get better as a driver. We're just getting our feet of the ground."
ELLIOTT SADLER (No. 19 Insignia Dodge Charger) Qualified 35th
"Just a tough deal for us today in qualifying. We just could never get the speed out of the car that we needed."
