"New York loft for sale, $30 million. Ask for Jeff."
NASCAR Sprint Cup Series superstar champion Jeff Gordon has decided to sell his Central Park west condo for and the asking price alone is $30 million!
Jeff Gordon is busy at Darlington this weekend as he hopes to notch his first win of the 2013 season. Yet at the same time, Gordon's real estate agent is showing his three-bedroom residence at 15 Central Park West.
On Saturday night in South Carolina, Gordon will take the green flag for his 700th NASCAR Sprint Cup Series career start at the track that is “too tough to tame”. While he hopes that he can tame the Lady in Black, he also hopes that the market place in New York City’s Manhattan area will line his pockets.
Per the New York Times, Gordon paid a mere $9.67 million for the condo. A portion of the listing states: A painstaking, no-expense-spared renovation has ensured that every detail of this 3,454-square-foot home exudes modern elegance and comfort - from the rift-cut oak millwork to the fully-integrated Crestron system that controls all lighting, window shades and audio/visual components. With its gracious layout, spectacular Central Park and city views.
