Three crew chiefs were fined for lug nut violations following last week’s NASCAR activities at Bristol Motor Speedway.

Daniel Suárez, Joe Gibbs Racing Toyota
Harrison Burton, Kyle Busch Motorsports Toyota
JJ Yeley, Cue Vapor System Chevrolet Silverado

In the Monster Energy Cup Series, Joe Gibbs Racing’s Scott Graves was fined $10,000 for the safety infraction listed under Sections 10.9.10.4: Tires and Wheels — Lug nut(s) not properly installed on the No. 19 Toyota of Daniel Suarez. Suarez finished 15th on Saturday.

From last Wednesday’s Camping World Truck Series race, two crew chiefs were found in violation of Safety rule — Sections 10.9.10.4: Tires and Wheels. Kyle Busch Motorsports’ Kevin “Bono” Manion was docked $2,500 for lug nuts improperly installed on the No. 51 Toyota Tundra piloted by Harrison Burton. The team finished 18th in the UNOH 200.

Crew chief Richard Mason was also fined $2,500 for lug nuts improperly installed on the No. 83 DJ Copp-owned Chevrolet driven by J.J. Yeley. Yeley finished 19th.
