VIEW FROM THE DRIVER'S SEAT WITH ELLIOTT SADLER:
"I really don't like Martinsville. I've never really had any luck there at all, and for me it has been one of the worst tracks on the circuit. Raymond and the guys have built me a brand new car though -- and it's so nice. I hate that we are taking it to Martinsville knowing its going to get beat on. The upside of all this is that Robert Yates Racing has always run good at Martinsville so hopefully we will be okay. If this "M&M's" team can make it through Martinsville okay, then we will be in good shape heading to California, Richmond and Charlotte."
VIEW FROM THE PIT BOX FROM CREW CHIEF RAYMOND FOX III:
"We built Elliott a brand new racecar for Martinsville. It should be a great car. We found out that Elliott does not like the same things that drivers in the past at RYR have liked -- so we essentially start from scratch with him. Communicating with Elliott is so easy -- he is so supportive and into this team, it's going great."
VIEW FROM ABOVE THE TRACK FROM SPOTTER BRETT GRIFFIN:
"Spotting at Martinsville is a lot like spotting at Bristol because the cars run nose-to-tail all day. The biggest challenge is communicating with all of the other spotters. The roof will hold half of us on the turn four side and the other half of us on the turn one side with the radio and TV towers separating the two sides. It's about 30 seconds from one side of the roof to the other so if we need to chat with a spotter on the other side of the roof, Elliott will have to spot for himself for almost four laps while I make the roundtrip to the other side of the roof."
