Last Weekend: Truex and the Bass Pro Shops/Tracker Boats team fought an ill-handling race car during last weekend's event at Bristol Motor Speedway before settling for a 26th-place finish. He is now 20th in 2009 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series points.
Aric Almirola and No. 8 Guitar Hero® Metallica® Team
Almirola at Martinsville: Almirola has three NSCS starts at Martinsville Speedway. His best start came during the 2008 NSCS season, qualifying third for the spring race. His best finish occurred during the fall Camping World Truck Series race in 2006 when he finished 16th.
Looking Back: The No. 8 Champion® Chevrolet was involved in a wreck on lap 59 of last weekend's race at Bristol Motor Speedway. However, Almirola was able to keep the car on track and he brought the No. 8 Champion Chevy home in 35th position.

Juan Pablo Montoya and No. 42 Target Team
Montoya at Martinsville: Montoya has completed all laps of competition (2,009) in his four starts at Martinsville Speedway. The Colombian-born racer has led nine laps, has one top-10 and four top-20 finishes at the .526-mile oval. His best finish of eighth came in Oct. 07.
Meet Montoya: Montoya will be making an appearance at the TUMS display on Sunday in the Fan Zone at Martinsville Speedway. Montoya will sign for fans from 10:00 to 10:20 a.m. Fans are encouraged to stop by prior to the event to receive a ticket. Tickets are limited.
In the Points: Montoya and the Target team moved up six positions to 15th in the NSCS driver and owner standings. Montoya is 248 points behind points\ leader Jeff Gordon and 38 points out of 12th, the final cut-off of the Chase.
Last Weekend: Juan Pablo Montoya and the Target team had a strong weekend at Bristol Motor Speedway. Montoya qualified for the 500-lap event in 12th and then drove a solid race to finish ninth, marking his best finish at the .533-mile oval. The top-10 finish is the best finish for the Target team this season.

No. 1 Bass Pro Shops/Tracker Boats Chevrolet (NSCS): Kevin "Bono" Manion has decided to bring chassis #078. This chassis was last used in November at Phoenix International Raceway. Truex finished 43rd in that event due to overheating.
No. 8 Guitar Hero: Metallica® Chevrolet (NSCS): The No. 8 team will bring chassis number #79 to Martinsville Speedway.
No. 42 Target Chevrolet (NSCS): Chassis #817. This will be the first event of the year for chassis #817. Montoya raced this chassis last year in both Richmond International Raceway races.
